    Best known for their 1973 hit ‘Smokin' in the Boys' Room'
    They were smokers.
    They were a one-hit wonder who released a greatest hits album called ‘Smokin' in the Boys' Room and Other Hits' (what other hits?).
    Most people could name their song, but could not name the band who wrote it.
    They lived off the success of their one hit for six years before splitting up in 1979.
    Motley Crue's remake of their song tends to get more radio air play than the original.
    Motley Crue did a popular cover of their only hit. The guys from Brownsville liked the Motley Crue version because they stayed true to their song.
    Cub Koda died from a complication with his diabetes (July 1, 2000).
    Cub learned the drums at the age of 5.
    Cub was known for his entertaining on-stage antics.
    Michael went on to become Ted Nugent's back-up guitarist.
