Produced more than 30 game shows, including ' Price is Right,' ' Family Feud,' ' Match Game,' ' Password,' 'Concentration,' 'What's My Line?,' 'I've Got a Secret' and 'To Tell the Truth'

Why they might be annoying:

Their shows were either hugely successful (like ' Price is Right' and ' Family Feud') or huge failures (like 'Mindreaders' and 'Number Please').
Many of their shows were unsuccessfully revived in the 90's and 2000's.
Mark Goodson constantly feuded (no pun intended) with Richard Dawson.
Many of their shows were not actually created by them, but by other executives working for them.
Attempts to produce other genres of television, including a talk show with Don Rickles, failed.
They smoked.

Why they might not be annoying:

Bill Todman was a brilliant businessman, investing the company into newspapers and real estate, generating them millions.
They were known for retooling the formats of their already successful shows and making them better.
They created some of the most popular and creative game shows of all time.
Many of their shows found a new audience after being rerun on the Game Show Network.
' Price is Right' and 'Family Feud' continue to run to this day.
