He is accused of killing a 24, 17, 8, two at 7, 4 and three at 1 year olds.
The bodies of his victims were found lying on his back yard 'intertwined and stacked on top of each other.'
The bodies 'were so entangled that it took hours for police to confirm the number of dead.'
Police officers found 10 empty caskets in the front of the house.
Police Chief Jerry Dyer said: 'If this case, where nine innocent people were killed, including eight children, if this does not qualify for the death sentence, then there is no case that would.'
He engaged in a two hour stand off with the police.
He started 'his own brand of religion.'

Police have said that he is being cooperative.
Prior to his arrest, he was sexually involved with four different women.
