She married and divorced her 'Land of the Giants' co-star Don Matheson.
She was engaged to Larry King.
She named her three dogs Zoey, Zelda and Zeke.
When Pet Tribune asked her if she was an animal what animal would she be, she answered: 'I would love to be a Polar Bear because I just think they are the cutest. They are so amazing. I'd love it unless I ended up as somebody's rug.'

Why she might not be annoying:

Her daughter Michele Matheson became an actress.
She portrayed a lesbian stripper in 'Tony Rome.'
She often wore mini skirts with tight tops as she was tossed around as the eye candy on 'Land of the Giants.'
She enjoyed watching her portrayal of Valerie on 'Land of the Giants' go from a spoiled uncaring brat to a soft hearted concerned person. She considers herself the latter.
She believes that 'Land of the Giants' would have been better if the writers worked on character development rather than spend almost all the time on special effects.
She was disappointed with the lack of consistency in the 'Land of the Giant' scripts. At some points the Giants spoke perfect english, other times they spoke english slowly and other times they were mute.
Even though she got nauseous while doing a goofy dance in a birdcage for 'Land of the Giant,' she did it anyway.
As a child, she was part of the rodeo.
She is athletic.
She does many of her stunts.
She likes to play chess.
She knits.
She was a victim of violence on three different occasions.
She started Victims of Violence No More.
She always had pet dogs and even considered becoming a veterinarian.
Many of her pet dogs were rescued.
She refuses to use a kennel for her pets, they either travel with her, or she hires a pet sitter.
