Why he might be annoying:

Most of the properties he owns are in poor neighborhoods.
He believes he has a soul mate.
He had the audacity to interrupt Donald Trump.
When asked to define success, he got rather confusing.
Adding to his confusion he said '... at the end of the day, no matter the challenge, I always muddy my way through to the end.'
He was the second one eliminated on 'The Apprentice.'
Considering his degree in advertising he was put in charge of the ad campaign task. When Troy McClain suggest he meet with the client to see what they would want, he felt it was a waste of time. The opposing team met with clients and won the challenge.
During his boardroom elimination meeting with Donald Trump it seemed assured that Sam Solovey would get the boot, but instead he was fired.
He did not know how to handle Sam Solovey's ridiculous suggestions and merely lost patients with him.
When he had to pick two other people to face boardroom elimination he chose Sam Solovey for sleeping on the job and Nick Warnock. When he asked why he selected Nick Warnock, he had no reason.
Donald Trump fired him for making poor leadership decisions.
He bragged that if a tenant falls one day behind on the rent, he begins eviction proceedings.

Why he might not be annoying:

He Graduated Michigan State with a degree in advertising.
By age twenty-five, he owned 11 properties and 39 rental units.
He rents primarily to low-income families.
He said: 'I'm gonna outsmart the MBA's.'
