Why they might be annoying
They constantly changed what MDC stood for. ('Millions of Dead Cops,' 'Millions of Damn Christians,' 'Multi-Death Corporation,' 'Metal Devil Cokes,' etc.)
Their album 'Magnus Dominus Corpus' was originally titled 'Millions of Dead Contractors' in reference to contract workers killed during the occupation of Iraq.
They recorded pro-vegetarianism songs ('Chicken Squawk, 'Real Food, Real People, Real Bullets').
They recorded a song about tofutti to the tune of Little Richard's 'Tutti Frutti.'
They broke up in 1995; five years later, Dictor re-formed the group with an all-new line-up.
Why they might not be annoying
They formed their own label, R Radical Records.
During the 90s, Rancid's bassist Matt Freeman was a member and vocalist Tim Armstrong was their roadie.
They were mentioned in songs by They Might Be Giants and NoFX.
Their original line-up reunited for a 25th anniversary tour (2005).
