Forward for the Washington Capitals (1981-87), Quebec Nordiques (1987-89), Minnesota North Stars (1989-93), San Jose Sharks (1993-95) and Florida Panthers (1995)
Died of a heart attack at 44 years old

He was traded to the Nordiques for Dale Hunter in a trade that would turn out to be lopsided.
His name was hard to pronounce.
He came in and out of retirement on two occasions.
He grew up in a house of eleven children.
