Hockey Coach

The Resume

Why he might be annoying:

He spent the majority of his playing career on horrible teams.
He posted a 8-36-2 record with the Capitals in their inaugural season (1974-75).
His tenure with the Rangers was a disappointment, given the fact he had a superstar laden roster but failed to reach the playoffs in both seasons at the helm.
He was a frequent target of 'Low must go' chants in New York.
He bears an uncanny resemblance to John Cleese.

Why he might not be annoying:

He was one of the few players who didn't mind playing in Washington during the franchise's leanest years.
He was the first goaltender in Capitals franchise history to record a shutout.
He earned a Stanley Cup ring on John Muckler's coaching staff (1990).
He guided the Oilers to their first playoff berth in the team's post 1980's dynasty era (1997).
He survived a near-fatal mugging in downtown Calgary (2010).
