He was an altar boy.
He didn't like to be recognized as his 'Weird Science' character.
He was in a rock band in the 80's called Martini Ranch. James Cameron directed their music video.
When he hosted 'Saturday Night Live,' he parodied 'Carrie.'
He says he chose to star in 'U-571' because his last boat movie was 'Titanic.'

He directed several short films that have been critically acclaimed.
He appeared in some of the biggest movies of all time.
He had to work very hard to get where he is, including parking cars at the Beverly Hills Hotel.
