Why he might be annoying:

He was considered for the role of Jaws in 'The Spy Who Loved Me,' but lost out to Richard Kiel.
He clashed with Christopher Reeve during the filming of 'Superman II' and director Richard Donner had to intervene to prevent a fight.
He says the most common reaction he gets from Superman fans is, 'My God, you can talk!'

Why he might not be annoying:

He was undefeated in his first 16 pro boxing matches.
It was his idea to make the character Non in 'Superman II' mute.
Despite the clashes between them, he said his heart went out to Reeve after his riding accident.
