Why he might be annoying:

When he was 13, he told his mom that he wanted to be a rapper. His mom said 'If that's what you want to do, get out of my house.' So he left and lived on the streets.
When on the streets, he would ask people if he could sleep in the back of their cars. He did that for over 18 months.
He was a crack dealer.
He flew back to NY to get signed and after playing the song he told the producers 'If you don't like me, bite me' and proceeded to moon them.
He refers to 'Tipsy' as a 'crazy party joint.'
He said of his music: 'I wanna introduce hood to pop and I wanna introduce pop to hood.'

Why he might not be annoying:

He survived on his own since age thirteen.
A St. Louis Music impresario liked his music and took him off the streets.
Even, after his mooning stunt, the producers signed him.
He attempts to reach many different music tastes.
He said 'I don't want a fan base, I want love. I want you to feel like I'm one of you. I want us to be equal. That's why I make something for everybody. I want people to understand me. I want love and I want respect and I'm gonna give out respect.'
He is more interested in his accomplishments than money.
His song 'Tipsy,' quickly became one of the top ten most played songs on the radio.
