Why he might be annoying:

He boasts 'There's no account I can't penetrate, and no client I can't close.'
He is flirting with a contestant, Amy Henry.
His hero is Arnold Schwarzenegger.
When he had the ability to take a member from the other team, he chose Amy Henry. Since the only other time that someone could take a player from the opposition, Amy Henry was first chosen, Donald Trump said that he was giving Amy Henry too much power.
He is a suck up. When he won ten minutes with Donald Trump, he asked him who his mentors were and heaped him with compliments.
When Ereka Vetrini lead the water sales task she asked him to research the clients. He said with his sales background it would be like 'telling the Pope how to pray.' But by not doing the the research and his hard sales approach caused his team to go down in flames.
Due to his aggressive nature, Donald Trump feels he has poor rapport with clients.
When he lead his team in the flea market task, he made the mistake of only selling small and medium size shirts. Lucky for him the other team was so inept, that his team won the challenge.
Although having restaurant experience he turned down the lead in the Planet Hollywood task.
Despite not being a project leader he faced boardroom elimination twice in the first four weeks.

Why he might not be annoying:

He was athletic as a youth.
He was ethical during the pedicab task. An advertisement fell off of one of the pedicabs and he refunded the advertiser in full.
He talked Bill Rancic into teaming up with him when Ereka Vetrini called them in for boardroom elimination. It worked and Ereka Vetrini was eliminated.
As project manager (team leader) of the art task, he made a leadership decision, despite Bill Rancic and Amy Henry strongly wanting to use a specific artist, he decided to go with a different artist. His artist sold $13,000 the opposition's artist only sold $869.
Donald Trump is impressed by his energy.
He was the first male project manager (team leader) to win a task.
He was one of the few competitors who saw Sam Solovey as an asset and was upset when Sam Solovey was fired.
He was angered and felt it was highly deceptive and unethical when his team allowed Kwame Jackson to pose as a celebrity, autographing Planet Hollywood merchandise.
