Played for the Cleveland Cavaliers (1971-80), Dallas Mavericks (1980) and the Washington Bullets (1980-81)

Why he might be annoying:

He struggled to stay healthy during his career, most notably sustaining a knee injury which would eventually cost the Cavs a chance to clinch the franchise's first ever playoff berth during the 1974-75 season.
He spent the majority of his career on poor to mediocre Cavalier teams.
Despite his status as a Cavalier legend, he was left unprotected and eventually claimed by the Mavericks in the expansion draft.
Many younger Cavalier fans are unaware of his status as a franchise legend.
His professional career was overshadowed by that of his college one.

Why he might not be annoying:

He recorded 61 points in a single game during his tenure at Notre Dame.
He was loyal to the Cavaliers franchise, and even hung around for the bulk of the Ted Stepien years.
He was a member of the inaugural Mavericks roster (1980).
He was part of the second ever class inducted into the College Basketball Hall of Fame (2007).
He served as the Cavaliers director of community relations in the.years following his retirement from active play.
