    (June 16, 1971- )
Birth name is Rahzel M. Brown
    A.k.a. The Godfather of Noyze
    Member of The Roots (1995-2003)
Roadie for the Ultramagnetic MCs (1990s)
Solo works are ‘The Fifth Element: Make the Music 2000 (1999)’ and ‘Rahzel's Greatest Knockouts (2003)’
Did voice work for the video game ‘SSX (2000)’
Narrated the film ‘Brooklyn Babylon (2001)’
A subject of the documentary ‘Breath Control: The History of the Human Beat Box (2002)’
    Contributed to Bjork’s ‘Medulla (2004)’
Cousin is Rahim of the Furious Five
He goes by a single name.
He calls himself the ‘undisputed beatbox champion of the world.’
Many Roots fans have confused him for their human turntablist, Scratch.
While he is very well-regarded as a beatboxer, his rhyming skills are considered weak.
As a kid, he sang in his church’s gospel choir.
Since 9 years-old, he has been beatboxing.
He took up beatboxing because he couldn’t afford a turntable, and he wasn’t allowed to have a drum set.
His influences are the Fatboys, Doug E. Fresh, Bobby McFerrin and comedian Michael Winslow.
He can perform up to six sounds at once.
He is able to impersonate various other MCs, and he plays 'name that tune' with the audience at his shows.
He has worked with artists such as Ben Harper, Roni Size, Mike Patton, Q-Tip and Me Shell N'degceollo.
He is currently doing voice work for animation and video games.
Being that his beats are so precise, he is branching out into providing sounds for drum machines and other preset gadgets.
