He is portrayed among the meme makers as an ignoramus.
He has an Instagram account and his handle is ‘Smudge_Lord.’
He constantly appears in Facebook and Twitter threads almost a year after the original Tumblr post.

Why he might not be annoying:

His ‘I’m a shit-stirrer’ facial expression has made him popular.
The woman yelling in the photo was Taylor Armstrong (with friend Kyle Richards) from ‘Real Housewives of of Beverly Hills.’
Armstrong’s picture comes from a scene in ‘Real Housewives’ where she was having a meltdown at a friend’s party.
Memes made from his and Armstrong’s photo have them arguing over trivial issues.
An October 2019 remix video on Facebook made from Armstrong’s meltdown and him received well over 700,000 views, 25,000 shares and 12,000 reactions in a matter of a few days.
