Coached the Washington Bullets/Wizards (1997-99), Denver Nuggets (1995-97) and the Seattle Supersonics (1986-1990)

Why he might be annoying:

With all his service to the NBA, he has never won an NBA championship.
Following a blowout loss, he accused his Bobcats players of 'hitting the wall,' which really is not too much to ask from an expansion team depleted by injuries at the time.
Before joining the Bobcats, he was coaching Charlotte's WNBA team, the Sting.

Why he might not be annoying:

He coached the 1994 Denver Nuggets team that became the first eighth seed to defeat a top seed in the NBA playoffs.
He drafted players such as Dikembe Mutombo and Gary Payton.
