He was very injury prone.
He participated in the 1995 NBA Playoffs in four games as the Celtics lost to the Orlando Magic in the first round.
He retired after nine games into Seattle's 2000-2001 season.

He helped the University of Louisville to win its second NCAA Championship.
He was the second freshman to be selected the Tournament Most Outstanding Player after Arnie Ferrin.
Throughout college, he scored 2,143 points and made 1,149 rebounds.
During the 1991-1992 season he had a scoring average of 20.0 points per game.
This resulted that he became the first Bullet to win the Most Improved Player Award.
