Why he might be annoying:

While in WCW, he was in a boy band-type group called 3 Count.
He can be easily confused with a girl.
He currently is one of Matt Hardy's Mattitude followers (MF'ers), along with Crash.
The writers mostly use him as a jobber (someone who makes other peoples' moves look painful).
He hasn't really proven himself as a worthy wrestler since joining the WWE.

Why he might not be annoying:

He made it in a big guys' sport at a young age.
He doesn't seem to care about what kind of storyline is given to him.
In storylines, he is often 'punished' (beaten) by Matt Hardy if something goes wrong.
The Mattitude gimmick gave him some new fans.
