Elected to the Pro Rodeo Hall of Fame (1990)

Why he might be annoying:

He wasn't completely perfect. Lane Frost and Red Rock met in the ‘Battle of the 1987 Champions,’ a series of seven matches. Lance won: 4-3.
He would often walk a 'victory lap' after bucking a rider.
After he retired, he led a much pampered life.

Why he might not be annoying:

His mother died giving birth to him.
He was said to be one of the smartest bucking bulls ever and to be able to predict the rider's moves.
As soon as the cowboy was bucked off, Red Rock would calmly walk to be stripped of the riding gear. He never went after a cowboy.
He bucked off 309 riders in three years.
He is the only bull to retire from the Pro Rodeo Circuit with a perfect record.
He was only the third bull to be elected to the hall of fame.
He was elected the same year as Lane Frost.
He is frequently thought to be the bull that killed Lane Frost. He wasn't.
After Lane died, Red Rock attended the memorial service.
His line of descendants is famous and much esteemed.
One of his progeny was Wolfman, the only bull to be ridden to a perfect score of 100 points.
He makes appearances at schools to interest children in rodeo.
He was featured in the movie '8 Seconds.'
