Escaped from Ken Meyers Meats, a slaughterhouse on the outskirts of Cincinnati, Ohio (February 15, 2002)
Captured by SPCA officials 11 days later
Resides at Watkins Glen Farm Sanctuary in New York

Why she might be annoying:

She forced the closure of the Mount Storm Park, where she hid.
After her capture, the Cincinnati Zoo declined to take her because they worried they could not contain her safely. (They keep lions and tigers, but can't hold cows?)
Plans for her to ride in the Cincinnati Reds Opening Day Parade were cancelled because she was too agitated (April 1, 2002).

Why she might not be annoying:

Artist Peter Max donated $180,00 worth of paintings to the SPCA for ownership of the cow.
She received the key to the city.
At Watkins Glen, she befriended Queenie, a cow that escaped a Queens, New York slaughterhouse.
