Why she might be annoying:

    She appeared on the unpopular reality show ‘Rock Star: INXS.’
    She couldn’t sing in tune to save her life.
    She wound up facing elimination on the show again and again and again.
    She is into Buddhism.
    She looked a bit like a skanky, burnt-out Parker Posey.

Why she might not be annoying:

    On ‘Rock Star,’ she tried to sing in many different styles (however unsuccessfully).
    Although she was one of the less successful contestants, she has had show business success in her real life.
    She is classically trained as an opera singer.
    Her hometown band had several hits in Canada.
    Tommy Lee appeared in the video for one of their songs.
    Like any good Canadian, she loves hockey.
