During his 'lunch break,' a policeman observed him in a cemetery in a SUV with a teen stripper (October 26, 2009).
The cop confiscated Viagra and a sack of sex toys.
He claimed he carried around sex toys in his vehicle 'just in case.'

He was not charged because the stripper was 18 and no illegal activity was seen.
He was immediately fired from the Attorney General's office.
He got his freak on in a cemetery a few days before Halloween, giving new meaning to 'Thriller.'
