    Remains reburied at Tirana Park on the Artificial Lake (1998)
    For a literary figure, he didn’t write much.
    Little is known about his life in Harvard University.
    Guillaume Apollinaire wrote in his memoir that he had lunches with him that took so long that the museums in London were closed by the time they were finished. (May 1, 1912)
    He edited his articles so carefully that his journal was always published belatedly.
    Due to his varied educational background, he was highly fluent in Greek, Italian, English, French, German, and Turkish as well as Albanian.
    He sought to create a unified literary language for Albanian, which would bridge Albania’s Tosk and Gheg dialects together.
    He was instrumental in the development of Southern Albanian prose writing.
    He wanted to bring Albania culturally closer to the West while retaining its traditional ways.
    He spread awareness of Albanian culture and the Albanian cause for independence.
