Why he might be annoying:

He has a whiny effeminate voice.
At age 17, he was sentenced to seven months in jail and five years probation for larceny (read, theft).
He quit high school.
He enjoys going to museums.
His confessionals, especially later ones, were constantly tinged with sarcasm.
Immediately after returning from Survivor he adopted a little girl and named her Janu for fellow castaway Janu Tornell.

Why he might not be annoying:

He relates well to his mother.
He lists Survivor, the Apprentice, and the Amazing Race as his favorite TV shows.
He let Willard wear his pink shirt. (Awww, sweet.)
He led his tribe to victory in a sliding puzzle challenge and made significant contributions to their perfect immunity streak.
He was among his tribe's hardest workers.
He and his best friend are joint owners of a hair salon.
