Received Law Degree from Ohio Northern University
Hamilton County District Attorney (1999- )
    He supports the death penalty.
Despite his criticism of Bill Clinton's affair with Monica Lewinsky and the way the Catholic Church handled the 2002 sexual abuse crisis, he has carried on a 3½ year extramarital affair with an assistant prosecutor in his office.
Even though most of the Greater Cincinnati Area calls for his resignation, he refuses to do so.
His once promising political career has evaporated in a matter of a few weeks.
As Prosecutor, he never recused himself when his cases ended up on the docket of his wife, a Criminal Court Judge in Hamilton County.
His accuser claims that not only did he makes unwanted advances at her and expose himself to her in his office, but also threatened to ruin her good name if she went to the authorities.
After news of his affair broke, the Bush-Cheney '04 campaign fired him as its Regional Chairman for the Cincinnati area.
He used to be considered 'the next John Ashcroft.'
He admits that he used 'poor judgement' in carrying out his affair.
He was able to rise from being the son of a working class family on Cincinnati's west side to arguably the most powerful man in the county.
He worked as a police officer on the Cincinnati Police while attending night school to get his law degree, and still managed to graduate law school with a 3.96 GPA.
Despite making a handsome salary as District Attorney, he still lives in a modest middle class family home, and regularly attends football games at his alma mater.
Before his recent affair, his personal life seemed to be squeaky clean.
