She wed Alfonso d'Este, with whom she shared a birthday, when both were only fifteen.
Their wedding was such a lavish affair that her family raised taxes to pay for the receptions, plays, dinners and other events.
Their union as more political than a love match, aligning the Milanese Sforzas with the Duchy of Ferrara.

Why she might not be annoying:

Her father was assassinated a few months after her birth.
She passed away shortly after giving birth to her first baby.
The child died moments after Baptism.
