Why she might be annoying:

She so badly wants to lead, that she makes quick decisions rather than weigh her choices.
She blamed an entire loss on 'two fat old Jewish ladies' which was politically incorrect on five levels (age, weight, religion, gender and stereotypes).
Those insensitive remarks got her fired from her real job. She claims that half of her family is Jewish.
As project manager, her team lost a restaurant challenge primarily because of their low score in decor. Instead of bringing in her friend Sandy Ferreira who was in charge of decor, she brought in two other team members that she disliked.
By not bringing in the correct person to the boardroom to face firing, Donald Trump fired her. He said it was a no brainer.
She was upset by other team members giving too much input.
Her father told her that if you have time to sleep you had time to work.
She made her entire team get up in the middle of the night to clean the restaurant, instead of hiring a cleaning crew to do it.
She felt that getting Mike Piazza was a home run on the toothpaste campaign, claiming him as the sports icon of New York. He is certainly not in the same league (American/National) as Derek Jeter or Alex Rodriguez.
When she doesn't want to hear something, she talks over people.
She apologized saying 'Of course, I apologize to anyone who was offended.'
Her firm, Douglas Elliman, bought full-page newspaper advertisements heralding her appearance on the show.
She was told that she would be fired the day after the 'Apprentice' aired.
One of her co-workers from her former job at Spin Magazine said 'She was loud and obnoxious.'
She was nicknamed 'The Gucc Pooch' and 'The Spin-tern.'
She worked in the photo departments of Spin, Rolling Stone and Maxim.

She stood up to Donald Trump, continuing to talk after Donald Trump repeatedly told her to shut-up.

She graduated with honors from Syracuse University.
She is a take charge person.
She was a celebrity photographer.
She stood up to Donald Trump and his associates had to tell her to quiet down.
Carolyn Kepcher claimed that the women's team was overdressed for the neighborhood that the restaurant was in, which only shows how out of touch Carolyn Kepcher is.
The show edited out her apology to Stacy Rotner for the Jewish comment.
She told the NY Post 'On the record, half of my family is Jewish, I don't have a prejudiced bone in my body, and I resent deeply that I've been made to look like anything other than the person of love and deep understanding that I am.'
Howard Stern met her the same day he met his girlfriend Beth Ostrosky.
She dated Brian from 'Verve Pipe.'
