Why he might be annoying:

He developed Utilitarianism, saying the act that is morally correct is the one that causes the greatest happiness for the greatest amount of people.
Although it is rumored that he was the founder of the University of London, he was not.
His father groomed him to be the Lord Chancellor of England.
His will bequeathed a great deal of money to the University College of London, on the condition that his preserved body be kept on display.
When the UCL college council meets, his body is wheeled in, and the minutes count him as 'Present, but not voting.'
When there is a tie in the votes of the council, his body will vote in favor of the proposition, thereby breaking the tie.
The head currently on the body is not his. When the body was being treated, it was badly damaged, so a wax replica was made and the real head was removed.
His severed head was used for practice by the King's College soccer team the day before they had a match with UCL.
He was a vegetarian.

Why he might not be annoying:

He was the very definition of a child prodigy, studying Latin at three, and entering college at twelve.
He was a social reformer, championing such groups as the poor and prisoners.
For most of his life, he was a vocal proponent of democracy.
He wrote one of the first essays arguing for homosexual rights.
Usually he would write between 8-12 hours a day and would produce between 10-20 pages of publishable work during this time.
