Why he might be annoying:

He wore rubber bands that were pierced through his face.
His wrestling career was short and forgettable and many fans don't even know he was a wrestler.
His book, 'The Complete Idiot's Guide to Pro Wrestling', co-written by Bert Sugar, is an absolute mess and it's filled with information that is false.
He appeared in many Cyndi Lauper videos.
He played Mario in an awful show that was a real-life version of the Super Mario Brothers video game.
He announced a match on the awful Heroes of Wrestling Pay-Per-View and did a lot of babbling that didn't make much sense.

Why he might not be annoying:

He's considered by many to be the greatest manager of all-time.
He managed over a dozen tag teams to the WWE Tag Team Titles.
His relationship with Cyndi Lauper was instrumental in the launch of the Rock N' Wrestling era that was responsible for the wrestling boom of the mid-80's.
He was named Manager of the Year in PWI (1974, 1981 and 1986).
He was the recipient of PWI's Editor's Award in 1994.
He ranked #95 on Total Wrestling Magazine's 100 Greatest Heels of All-Time.
He's in the WWE Hall of Fame.
