He is extremely creepy (read his chat logs).
In the 'too much information' department, he has a steam room fetish.
He posed as a protector of the underage while preying on them.
There is evidence that he sexually harassed his pages for years.
He used his position to gain access to upper crust events in Palm Beach.
For years he declined to reveal that he was gay.
He had his lawyer reveal his homosexuality.

Why he might not be annoying:

He entered rehab.
He was a moderate on many issues.
According to his lawyer he was sexually abused by clergymen as a teenager.
Once he was found out he immediately resigned.
