Why he might be annoying
He dropped out of both the US Naval Academy and Harvard Law School.
He saw Communist conspiracies behind everything.
He claimed FDR knew about the attack on Pearl Harbor in advance and let it happen.
He said the United Nations is part of a plot to impose a 'One World Government.'
He called Presidents Truman and Eisenhower 'agents of the Communist conspiracy.'
He eventually concluded that the Communists were just a front for an even larger conspiracy involving the Illuminati.
Why he might not be annoying
He was admitted to the University of North Carolina at age 12.
Before becoming obsessed with Communism, he was a candy manufacturer who created Sugar Daddies and Junior Mints.
He was lampooned by Bob Dylan in 'Talkin' John Birch Paranoid Blues.'
