She named names, indicting several Enron executives.
She took a $500,000 advance to write a book and charges $25,000 for speaking fees.

Her whistle-blowing brought down Enron and the accounting firm of Arthur Andersen.
She unloaded $47,000 in Enron stock before her memos became public.

Why she might not be annoying:

When she first warned ENRON president, Kenneth Lay about the creative accounting, he confiscated her computer and demoted her from her executive suite.
She testified in front of congress on the 'accounting hoax' of ENRON (February 2002).
Along with Coleen Rowley and Cynthia Cooper, named Time Magazine Persons of the Year (2002).
Her whistle-blowing cost her, her $165,000 per year job at Enron.
Her parents divorced when she was fourteen.
She worked for Arthur Andersen in New York City, and says 'New York kind of toughens you up for the people doing the right. It almost makes you call bullshit faster.'
