Why she might be annoying:

She scares the hell out of religious zealots and conservatives and people who live in the dark ages.
The genie is out of the bottle, cloning will happen.
Most cloning experiments since Dolly's birth have not been successful, creating many animals with short life spans.
Neal First of the University of Wisconsin cloned the first mammal, a cow, but it was from an advanced embryo (1994).

Why she might not be annoying:

She proved that humans can create viable life.
She Opened the possibility of cloning for transplant use or creating drugs.
Using the techniques to clone Dolly, Japanese and American scientists have clone a group of 22 mice.
Dolly and other clones can help answer questions concerning aging and mutation.
She is ranked in People Magazine's 25 Most Intriguing People (1997).
