Why he might be annoying:

He made Steven Spielberg cast his wife, Lorraine Gary, in 'Jaws.'
Had he not done so, the dreadful sequel 'Jaws: The Revenge' might never have been made.
During the production of Terry Gilliam's 'Brazil,' he had the film shortened and dumbed down without the director's approval.
Gilliam responded by placing a full-page ad attacking him in 'Variety.'
He eventually released Gilliam's cut in theaters, but showed the bastardized version on TV.
Terry Gilliam fans despise him to this day.
Ridley Scott also blames him for the flaws in his film 'Legend.'
Since leaving Universal, he has produced such masterpieces as 'The Pest,' 'For Richer For Poorer' and 'Slappy and the Stinkers.'

Why he might not be annoying:

He graduated from college in just three years.
He was an early supporter of Steven Spielberg.
During his presidency, Universal produced the highest grossing film for three decades in a row ('Jaws,' 'E.T.' and 'Jurassic Park').
He suggested to Spielberg that he make a movie out of 'Schindler's List.'
He contributed a lot of money to AIDS organizations and human-rights causes.
