The release of their third album was pushed back multiple times because of Sisqo’s solo career.
Sisqo left the group by walking out during a ‘Vibe’ photo shoot, but rejoined after his second solo album tanked.
Woody Rock announced he was leaving the group to dedicate himself to gospel in the middle of a radio interview to promote their tour (2008).
After Woody was replaced, Scola was fired, with Nokio explaining ‘Five people messes up the money.’
’Platinum House,’ a TV special on the making of their fourth album, was bumped from BET to the much less watched spin-off channel Centric.
Members of the group began singing together as employees of Baltimore’s Fudgery to entertain customers while making fudge.
They named themselves after Baltimore’s Druid Hill Park.
All four of the original members sang lead.
Image-wise, they occupied the middle ground between gentlemanly Boyz II Men and self-proclaimed ‘bad boys’ Jodeci.
