Why she might be annoying:

She likes to sleep late.
She is a connoisseur of fine wine and expensive foods.
She lead her all male team to failure in the first project, making a toy for Mattel.
She was the first to lead both groups to failure (Toy and TV Shoppers).
She tends to like dance music and New Jersey rockers.
She believes men find her intimidating because she has succeeded in a male dominated field.
She is strong willed.
She is robot-like and precise.
She upset Carolyn Kepcher when she mocked a child's look at the focus groups.
She rules with an iron fist.
She condemned Stacy Rotner for taking her legal assignment too seriously and not utilizing her time correctly, yet during the ice cream project she took more time to ask questions on production than the reason she was there, to develop a new flavor.
During the ice cream sale she stood by herself holding dripping cups of ice cream and looking rather useless.
She lacks people skills as witnessed when she commanded a project and when she sold ice cream.
When Donald Trump moved her from the Mosaic team to Apex he said he respected her leadership skills. However, when she lost by just $10 (which was less than 1/5 of a percentage point) she was fired.

Why she might not be annoying:

She is a comedy freak, listing 'Seinfeld,' 'Ali G,' 'Chappelle's Show,' 'SNL' and 'Mad TV' as her favorites. Her favorite movies are also comedies.
She sees success as having 'everything you want' but taking 'the high road whenever possible.'
She admires people who rise from nothing to success.
The lessons she jokingly learned from 'Apprentice' was 'to watch out for falling plaster, and not to stare at Trump's hair.'
She graduated the University of Pennsylvania.
She earned an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
She founded Blazent (a software company) and Crimson Holdings (an real estate investment firm).
She lead the QVC project and her team lost by a mere $10 in gross sales. The difference was a fifth of a percentage point and Donald and associates were angered when she referred to this as a tie.
Although she was attacked for selling her product for too much money on the TV shopper network, if she would have just raised the price 2¢ she would have won.
If she would have sold just one more unit or priced the product at $27.25 instead of $27.23 she would have won.
She is focused and decisive.
