    It has a low cost of living and tax rates.
    Many former Bills and Sabres players live in the community and its suburbs after their careers end.
    It is in close proximity to Niagara Falls, or if you're feeling adventurous, you can cross the border into Canada and visit either Toronto or Hamilton.
