Why she might be annoying:

    In 1941, she served 10 months in jail for having a Jewish lover.
    Just a year later, in 1942, she was sentenced to 2 more years in prison for another relationship with a Jewish man.
    On December 6, 1944, she was transported to Ravensbruck for helping 5 detained officers escape.
    She worked as a 'kapo,' a nurse/prisoner, assigned to oversee fellow concentration camp victims in the medical ward.
    She poisoned sick prisoners to avoid carrying them to the gas chamber.
    She extracted gold teeth from corpses.

Why she might not be annoying:

    She saved women and infants by substituting their identification number with those of prisoners already deceased.
    She kept one baby hidden, making male prisoners bring him food and milk.
    She stole medicine, food and wood to keep patients alive.
    She was executed for her role in running Ravensbruck.
