Why he might be annoying:

He named his children Eelonka, Ruddigore, Tao, Darrow, Saxon, Storm, and Littlestar.
He was often typecast as an old man, even when he was in his 30’s.

Why he might not be annoying:

He was a versatile actor who could play a variety of characters.
He often performed a lot of his own stunts.
He worked a second job as an engineer to support his seven children.
Moe Howard wanted to make him a Stooge after Larry Fine’s stroke, an opportunity Sitka looked forward to fulfilling. Sadly, Moe’s death prevented that from ever happening.
He was proud of his association with the Three Stooges.
