    He was a successful quarterback at Oklahoma State University.
    He graduated with a secondary education degree (1990).
    As of 2019, he'd won more than twice as many games as he'd lost as a head coach (129-64), and his teams had made 14 consecutive bowl games.
    He acknowledges the toxicity social media has on society.
    He's known for having a hard work ethic.
