Baseball Player

The Resume

Why he might be annoying:

He played two stints with the Dodgers and Orioles and was a member of five different teams in four consecutive seasons.
Many Angel fans loathe him after a controversial home run he hit against their team, which was close enough to the foul pole that they felt it shouldn't have been called fair (1989).
He left the Orioles on sour terms both times after being criticized for his play by team owner, Peter Angelos.
He made a cameo in 'The Young and the Restless.'
His second stint with the Dodgers ended abruptly after nine games, in a move which essentially ended his career.

Why he might not be annoying:

He hit the first home run in the history of Oriole Park at Camden Yards (1992).
Prior to John Buck, he held the record for most home runs hit by a player from the state of Wyoming.
He was known for making highlight reel plays during his first tenure with the Orioles.
He earned a World Series ring as a member of the Braves (1995).
Despite his acrimonious relationship with Peter Angelos, he often spoke highly of the team's fanbase.
