He looks like Chevy Chase.
Despite being considered an offensive mastermind by football pundits, he failed to develop a top tier offense, after leaving the Broncos.
He was a nomad in the coaching ranks between 2007 and 2015.
He watched his Dolphin team regress considerably, after he guided them to a playoff berth during his rookie head coaching season.
He was the ninth person to coach the Dolphins since the turn of the 21st century.

He got his start in the NFL coaching ranks in his home state of Michigan.

He coached Peyton Manning during his two seasons as the Broncos offensive coordinator.
