    He was overshadowed by Colin Hay.
    He, along with the rest of the band, were sued for plagiarizing the musical part of 'Down Under.'
    He left Men at Work for a decade, before deciding to make a comeback.
    He and Colin were sued by former bandmate Ron Strykert over royalty claims.
    He was extremely creepy looking.

Why he might not be annoying:

    In addition to his saxophone and keyboard work, he also played flute and clarinet.
    He played on occasion with the Australian band The Nudist Funk Orchestra.
    He and Colin wrote the majority of the songs for Men at Work.
    His saxophone solo on 'Who Can It Be Now' is considered memorable.
    He and Colin Hay relaunched Men at Work in the late 1990's, and performed together for more than a decade.
