Actress
    (August 19, 1900-January 25, 1988)
    Birth name is Kathleen Morrison
Acted in 'Bad Boy (1917),' 'Her Bridal Nightmare (1920),' 'The Sky Pilot (1921),' 'The Perfect Flapper (1924),' 'Lilac Time (1928),' and 'The Scarlet Letter (1934)'
She got her start in movies because D.W. Griffith owed her uncle a favor.
    She was married four times.
She had a secret affair with King Vidor.
Disastrous reviews for 'The Scarlet Letter' ended her career overnight.
Today she may be more famous for a fancy dollhouse she designed and donated to Chicago's 'Museum of Science and Industry' than her films.
She popularized the Dutch boy bob, not Louise Brooks as is widely believed.
Her film 'Flaming Youth' helped start the flapper craze of the 1920's.
She donated the only known copy of 'Flaming Youth' to a film museum that allowed it to disintegrate.
She was shrewd with her money and wrote about how to invest in the stock market.
    F. Scott Fitzgerald wrote, 'I was the spark that lit up Flaming Youth, and Colleen Moore was the torch.'
