    (1987- )
    Born in Zion, Illinois
    Scott Lucas - vocalist/guitarist/bassist
    Brian St. Clair - drummer (1999- )
Joe Daniels - former drummer (1987-1999)
Matt Garcia - former bassist (1987-1992)
Recorded the albums 'Ham Fisted,' 'As Good as Dead,' 'Pack Up the Cats,' 'Here Comes the Zoo,' 'Whatever Happened to P.J. Soles?' and Twelve Angry Months
Songs include 'Bound for the Floor,' 'Eddie Vedder,' 'Fritz's Corner,' 'High-Fiving MF,' 'All the Kids Are Right' and 'Half-Life'
'Bound for the Floor' was their only significant hit.
Their two-man band approach has been overshadowed by the White Stripes, even though they did it before them.
'Pack Up the Cats,' the followup to their mainstream breakthrough 'As Good as Dead,' was victimized by the sale of their record label's parent company. As a result, it suffered from a lack of promotion despite good critical praise.
Their first album, 'Ham Fisted,' earned them unfavorable comparisons with Nirvana.
They happened to do a cover of Britney Spears' 'Toxic.'
Metacritic has named them 'rock’s greatest unknown two-man band.'
Due to the fact they couldn't find a base player, Scott Lucas found a way to add base pickups to his guitar. This trait has continued to this day.
They're known for their uniqueness in various aspects of their live shows.
For example, on a number of occasions they played one of their albums in it's entirety based on a fan choosing an album title from a hat.
Also, they once played an early morning show at Chicago's U.S. Cellular Field. The only way to get tickets was to spot Scott Lucas and recite the last line from the Rush song '2112.'
