Murderer (Alleged)
The Resume
(May 21, 1977- )
Born in Canton, Ohio
Allegedly murdered spouse Jessie Davis and their unborn son (June 14, 2007)
Convicted and sentenced to life in prison without parole for 57 years (February 25, 2008)
Why he might be annoying
Same old story (Scott Peterson, Mark Hacking, Neil Entwistle), different characters.
He was reportedly having an affair with another woman and was on an online dating site the day before his arrest on June 24.
He ultimately led investigators to Davis' beaten body.
He said that he struggled with her in her house and struck her in the throat with his elbow. Cutts testified that he tried to resuscitate Davis after she became unconscious. He also said that he didn't call 911 because Davis didn't have a telephone in her house and he didn't know how to turn on her cell phone.
Why he might not be annoying
At least he showed some remorse and guilt for his wrongdoings.
He was given a life sentence without parole, sparing him from the death penalty.
His story, just like other wife killers, is a valuable lesson.
