Why he might be annoying:

    He dropped out of the University of Maryland after his freshman year.
    He is arrogant and meddlesome.
    He hired Steve Spurrier, who flopped and resigned.
    He fired Norv Turner with a winning record (7-6 in 2000).
    He fired Marty Schottenheimer after finishing the season strong (8-3 in the last 11 games in 2001).
    He fired many staff members after promising that their jobs would be safe when he purchased the Redskins.
    He fired respected general manager Charley Casserly, who left him with 2 of the first 3 draft picks in the 2000 NFL Draft.
    He let Stephen Davis go in the prime of his career, only to watch him carry the Carolina Panthers to Super Bowl XXXVIII.
    He became a millionaire at 19 and lost it all.
    He charged fans $10 to attend training camp in 2000.
    He allegedly greased the Prince Georges County, MD government by saying that it was unsafe to cross a street from a public lot, forcing Redskin fans to have to pay to park in his lot.
    He took former owner Jack Kent Cooke's name off the Redskins stadium and sold the rights to FedEx for an estimated $200 million.
    He continues to renovate FedEx Field to expand seating to produce even more revenue.
    He allegedly screamed and yelled at his parents.
    When he was a kid, he had a Redskins belt buckle which he wore on Sundays. Now he has a diamond and ruby encrusted Redskin belt buckle.

Why he might not be annoying:

    After stating in Sports Illustrated that the field the Redskins play on was 'crappy.' He was sued frivolously by a groundskeeper.
    He brought back Joe Gibbs, who is larger than life in Washington.
    After bringing back Gibbs, he is no longer vilified in Washington.
    Since hiring Gibbs, he has maintained a much lower profile and hasn't meddled.
    He is willing to spend whatever it takes to make his team better.
    He has spent millions of his own dollars to improve FedEx Field.
    He courts players over lavish dinners, and sends Redskin One, his private jet, to pick them up.
    He is the youngest CEO ever of a company traded on the New York Stock Exchange.
    He married a former model.
    He admitted that charging fans to attend training camp was a mistake.
    He admitted that firing Charley Casserly was a mistake.
    After the Redskins won Super Bowl XXVI, he went up to then-owner Jack Kent Cooke and asked if he could kiss the Lombardi Trophy. Cooke was impressed by his enthusiasm and passion for the team and let him kiss the trophy.
    He is a marketing genius.
    He is involved in charity work in Washington.
