Why he might be annoying:

He did commercials for Zocor.
He was 0-4 in the Super Bowl.
After going to Super Bowl XXXIII, the Falcons went 5-11 the next year.
He lost every coaches challenge in 2002, many calls clearly correct by the referee.
His play calls were usually low risk and not creative.
He was fired after going 3-10 through 13 games of the 2003 NFL season (December 10, 2003).

Why he might not be annoying:

He was married to his High School sweetheart for over 50 years.
He was inducted into the University of South Carolina Athletic Hall of Fame.
He came back from quadruple bypass surgery to coach the Falcons in Super Bowl XXXIII in only 6 weeks time.
He spoke out on preventing heart disease.
He held a mark for most rushing touchdowns in a season for the Dallas Cowboys that held up until Emmitt Smith broke it in 1992.
