    Story about Xena's search for redemption for her past crimes and Gabrielle's evolution as a warrior

Why Xena: Warrior Princess might be annoying:

    Fans are confused about Xena and Gabrielle's relationship (friends or lovers?).
    Lucy Lawless married the producer, Robert Tapert.
    The show ended because Lucy Lawless didn't want to become a typecast actress.
    Almost all the main characters have died at least once.
    Some episodes are very violent.

Why Xena: Warrior Princess might not be annoying:

    Although it started as a spin-off, it has become more popular than 'Hercules.'
    There are both dramatic and comedic episodes.
    It was one of the first series that included musical episodes.
    Joseph LoDuca, composer of the series' soundtrack, won an Emmy for the music in episode 'Fallen Angel.'
    There are some New Zealand films starring almost all the main 'Xena' actors.
    The show has a cult following.
    Gays and lesbians love 'Xena.'
