    He reportedly kept an eye on his employees to see which ones were loyal to George W. Bush.
    He transferred three minority women to replace them with six whites.
    He advised job applicants to remove any Republican causes from their resume so liberal lawyers in the department would not turn them down.
    The three minority women who were fired , were fired for performance reasons.
    He helped to indict Mark Siljander who was connected to an Islamic charity that funded Afghan terrorists.
